Tobias Petropolous (b. 1974) is perhaps, one of Gerry's only friends, and it's been that way since middle school— he's one of the only people on the planet who seems to be endeared by his constant antagonizing. He's a well-connected and self-proclaimed Greek Sex God, who is as impulsive as his hair is beautiful. He was tasked to look after Packie and Katie while Gerry was away, though whether he did a good job is up to debate. A talented gunman, he'd be a real asset to the family's activities, if it weren't for his raging coke addiction making him increasingly unreliable.

Laurie McReary (née Fisher, b. 1974) is convinced that Gerry only married her right out of High School as a vehicle for him to leave home, as opposed to whatever love he felt for her. Since he's been away, she's sold off their house they once shared in Alderney and moved back into her parents' place in Beach Gate where she grew up.

"Sailor" Sam O'Callahagn (b. 1934) is the longtime confidante of the Family, whose cultivation skills put them on top in the days of the marijuana smoke-filled Folk Revival, with a product unlike any other. His special strain that was the fan-favorite of Liberty City's finest improvisational comedians was probably the one thing that kept them hanging on for much longer, even as they lost ground in the seventies. But frankly, he's an out-of-touch antique.

Michael Keane (b. 1980) and his family have lived beside and shared a wall with the McReary home for nearly two decades. Though he tries to be a good friend, he's still the target of constant ribbing when hanging out.

Gordon Sargent (b. 1977) was born here in Dukes, though lived for a significant time up east, and moved back here with his mother around the corner from the house, meeting and befriending Packie and Michael in the time that Gerry was gone.
